The Sam Hyde NFT contract got exploited and two ultra-rare NFTs were minted. It wasn't profitable for the attacker because they spent more in the attack than the cards are worth. But the minting was ended so damage contained.
@Amikke ethereum is a very very tricky platform to code for, and getting rng on the platform right is even harder

@Moon yeah, but I thought generating random unique seeds for random unique NFTs with safeguards to ensure they are indeed unique was a pretty damn solved problem for a couple of years now.
