@CathyJoeGPT Definitely dangerous, especially since the vast majority of drivers along the Gulf Coast have zero experience dealing with ice!

It's rough enough when you KNOW what it's like to drive on ice/black ice. Without that experience/training, it's horrifying, not only for them but everyone around them.

I just noticed Snowy, our frequent flier w/UTI cat, was lurking suspiciously, so it's time to put her up with her personal litter box & prescription food again.

In the meantime, I got out Temptations treats.

5 cats came flying out of my mother's room (only 2 are supposed to be in there, and neither of them were in the 5)

Of course, cats came flying from wherever they were at the first shake of the container.

It's been raining fairly hard to very steadily for like 3-4 hours now. Over 2 inches already and no sign of it slowing down either.

Weather report says another inch is due tomorrow.

I don't mind rain, but cold rain that comes down hard & lasts for days is NOT my favorite weather.
