@freemo I’ve tried logging in to the Nextcloud and got this:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator if this error reappears multiple times, please include the technical details below in your report.
More details can be found in the server log.

There could be several issues. I recently dealt with the error, when I activated Nextcloud Office. Then I had to manually delete the folder "richdocuments" in the Nextcloud folder under "apps". But that's just a guess, without seeing the log file.

I thought that would’ve been it, but I can’t even log in.
When I want to request a verification link (first image), it says I’m already registered, and when I actually login (second image), it says (rougly) that I’ve been deactivated.

Could you look into this, please? @freemo I think you didn’t accept my Nextcloud request or something like that.


You weould have to send me your username there for me to activateyour account.. assuming you verified via email
