an interesting problem - Chrome recently started dynamically blocking anything that looks like phishing, which is a good thing. Except, we prototype in code at gov.uk, and Chrome blocks (with no workaround) safely hosted, password protected pages that look like real pages (depending on some unknown criteria). Wonder what the solution is
