Some big news: I'm writing a book, about the various ways the digital world has affected our memories & our sense of self. This is a topic that came to a head for me when I underwent major life changes in 2019-2020 and found myself bombarded with digital memories from the past. But that experience, and the story I eventually wrote about it, got me thinking much more broadly about the ways we store memories now, our nostalgia for an offline age, & what it means for our identities going forward.
