Gradually watching the percentage of my team who actually makes it to the office for stand up in the morning dwindle. This doesn't seem like a good thing, and is definitely something to bring up at the sr leadership off-site next week. Touchy because the first person to start this trend is part of that senior group.

@edebill I personally think standups at a formal time and place are a waste. Obviously sometimes they are needed and useful (and should be encouraged when that is the case). But generally as long as people are vocal with the team throughout the day and clear about roadblocks and progress the standup should be meaningless, in fact the best teams will always find it meaningless and not have them, its only when the team starts toe falter that they should be needed.
