This is the admin of qoto.org, a Gab-federating instance whose front page says "no censorship," although they appear to be talking out of the other side of their mouth about how they actually do perform moderation, so you can figure out exactly what that means
They appear to be using their m dot s account to circumvent domain blocks and harass admins of other instances who have blocked them

@bgcarlisle Wait harass?What!? We reached out to admins who blocked us to see if any of our users harassed anyone from their instance and if there was anything we, as administrators, needed to act on. Since we recieved no reports from said instance and since we take moderation VERY seriously, particularly in cases of hate speech (which we explicitly ban in our rules) we decided to reach out.
Any admin or moderator who said this wasnt welcomed was immediately left alone and their privacy respected.
No one was harassed and no one who blocked me personally was contacted.
As moderators of a major instance on the fediverse with a pledge to moderate hate speech and discrimination it is imperative to us that we reach out to the greater fediverse community and address any concerns other admins may have witnessed.
That is not harassment that is courtesy and respect. Please don't spread lies.
