@mirzaba@cybre.space Um there is one major flaw in this. If someone follows @p and then later the instance blocks the domain, the follower from the blocked domain would STILL show as following.

So this doesn't actually represent a valid list of domains that don't block the instance. It just means that at some point in the past they didn't block the instance.
