@thor True. But before that CN stuff (which I loved), there's Ren & Stimpy, my all-time favourite cartoon, which was anything but flat and simple.
Frankly, I don't even know why, in the picture, they feature Beavis and Butthead instead of R&S. They are the exact opposite of the text surrounding them. Also, Daria.
I much prefer Adventure Time or Gravity Falls to those two MTV shows made solely to appeal to a certain demographic.
