That’s right, Anchorage
Which US state has the best banking system?

What the place in USA where oral sex is the most prevalent?

Once #floc takes over? Which #electronjs apps will have it implemented?
See this is the kind of problem that arises from using a massively shared platform for not only browsing but also many applications. Especially when this platform is controlled by a massive corporation like google.
Beau petit site pour écouter de la musique LoFi
Did I also mention it’s also only like 200 kB in storage space?
No excuse not to download it now, it’s even lighter than one of your selfie or cat picture.
Some people requested to have access to the app store link of my app in english. I will put it here : 🇺🇸🇬🇧:https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/timenote/id1545785408?l=en#?platform=mac
🇨🇦🇫🇷 : https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/timenote/id1545785408?l=fr#?platform=mac
I also have some great news:
I took the decision to make Timenote free ✨
The reason why is simply because while the app could gain users, as i see from the store stats and past promotions, but the price, as low as it can be, can be a barrier for some people to try out the app.
There is no plan to introduce intrusive and annoying the app, since this is an app that is made for keeping track of your online classes, and help you go back to specific parts of your classes to rewatch what was unclear, or were too distracted to listen.
There will probably be in-app purchase for special stuff, all in a non-annoying way.
Mac,iPad,iPhone, you got it, you can just start when you're on your online classes, or even any long video, like a youtube tutorial, you press on the arrow paragraph and you can add the timestamp and write next to it what's it's talking about. You can save it as a text and put it in folder however you please. If you're late you can also just set out a specific time to start.
For all the green bubbles out there and apple haters there there's also a web version at timenote.app , although it does not provide all the same features as the native #SwiftUI app.
My app is available in English now
This website is so cool! Check it out https://virtocean.com/#
Interesting fact of the day: While Native Americans never developed the metallurgical knowledge to create steel and iron themselves they did in fact have steel and iron tools long before contact with Europeans.
What happened was drift iron, from asian ship wrecks, due to the current, would often wash ashore along the American north wast. This would take the form of nails or other iron pieces embedded in wood (thus being capable of floating. Native Americans had no idea where this iron was coming from or how it was made, but they did recognize its superior quality as a metal compared to the sorts of metals they typically had access to. As such the Native Americans in the north west would typically harvest this iron and forge it into tools.
To me this is just so extraordinary because they had no contact with outside peoples at this point and had no idea anyone existing out there across the ocean. Yet they kept finding this odd metal they had never seen and must have known it wasnt natural as it was shaped into a nail or a winch or something. So I can only imagine the fantasies they came up with about where it was really coming from, especially considering that it was far stronger and could be made far sharper than any metal they had ever seen. It must have seen magickal to them.
It’s really a shame google is removing the installation for service workers who do not have a fetch handler. I had no problem using my app offline when it was on the cache, but apparently it’s no longer enough, and have no idea how to implement a service worker that fits whatever google wants.
I liked the concept of PWA because of the supposed freedom from any corporation to develop what I want, but I guess the lesson I’ve learn is don’t chose a platform from the perceived freedom and lack of interference from big corporation because there will always be a big corporation in the way.
Luckily I have a SwiftUI app on iPhone and iPad and Mac, and I am looking forward to learning Jetpack compose for Android and react / react native.
politics, pandemic, libertarianism and stuff
@louiscouture I kind of agree when we talk about Americans.. thing is in europe I'd say thats largely not true. They arent super smart or anything, but they are reasonable enough that it really shouldnt require force.
Even americans not too long ago were ok, but now they have gotten so damn stupid they are self destructive. Problem is if you do force them to do whats "right" the person determining what is right tends to be just as idiotic as they are.
politics, pandemic, libertarianism and stuff
« Good ideas don’t require force » yeah no it’s bullshit.
People are dumb, only a few are acting rationally, we just can’t expect to blindly follow what is best for society. Some of them just don’t understand what even is the best to do. It sucks to recognize this, but forcing people to do something can be necessary in some circumstances.
We needed to force companies to stop literally putting trash in mattress.
We needed to force train companies to adopt security standards or trains will cause damage.
We needed to force companies to own up to the chemical waste they made and stop polluting our waterways
We needed to force people to wear seatbelts, and believe me some people opposed it.
We need to force people to wear masks in public spaces
We probably need to force people to get vaccinated, unless a medical condition prevents them. #covid19
