I think Coconut Oil is healthy as long as you consume it sparingly along with other #health regimen, such as exercise. I mean, if you ingest copious amount of coconut oil but sit on the couch all day, then you'll die. Balance is the key.

Was drinkin moonshine and started to read about it. Found out that if you burn moonshine and it has a reddish flame, that means it's toxic. Hence the mnemonic "Lead burns red and makes you dead." or "Red means dead." Then I wondered if it has something to do with Red Dead Redemption. Yes. There's moonshine in that game. Anyways trying to find a lighter now...
