School buses - do these have individual seatbelts? What are the standards for fit-outs and safety equipment that school buses need to have?

(This thought triggered after I just observed a DPS Kolkata school bus pass by with not even the driver strapped in.)

Some of us have had really bitter experience over Twitter and that makes us colour this platform. Let's not carry the twitter experience here. And make a fresh beginning. And not make rules of what is to be done. Let's be open to new things. We unconsciously tend to bend towards our past experiences. So without coloring things into black and white let's make use of this wonderful platform in as many ways as we can.

I just wanted to reshare that time, a few months ago, where i attempted to write "minimum" so it was the same when turned 180 degrees...

It wasn't perfect, I should try it again now that I'm more practiced.
