Given Facebooks record on dealing with child abuse / grooming draw conclusions as to whos side they are on.
@kushal @schestowitz The issue here is, if evidence is obtained in a way that is legally questionable , convictions can be quashed / overturned even for the most vile of individual., A good lawyer will be easily paid for as the other side (legal systen / taxpayers) will lose and pay the legal fees, leaving predators free to carry on putting more lives at risk.
The law and procedures for collecting evidence surely exist for a reason to help build a water tight case.
