Another mass shooting and ten people dead with another 9 wounded. Asian populations are left to mourn while the majority of white people in their personal mental nation of self-absorbed centrism point fingers, politic, sneer, and ultimately ignore and downplay the horrific nightmare.
I think the US is possibly desensitised to all this carnage now.

Well under the US constitution a person can only serve 2 terms as president anyway. ( I am in the UK)
So would not be able to as he would not have run.
