Members of Congress should have no sick or paid leave at all. They should have to sign up for the Affordable Care Act for their medical, dental and vision. They should have a pension plan equal to waiters/waitresses (nothing). Senators should not be guaranteed their jobs for six years. At-will employment and we are their employers. Just a thought! Make it real.
