This is the fault of the right wing media in the US and UK who push a transphobic narrative and the rest who are silent.

This is the fault of the social media companies who allow bigots to spread their lies and hatred.

This is the fault of JK Rowling and her merry band of bigots. And those celebs and media figures who stay silent about her, who "both sides" a human rights issue. Who would rather allow hate to spread than deal with it.

2. If already infected avoid as many infections as possible.

3.Wear n95+ respirators anytime you’re near other mouth breathers.

4. Ventilation+filtration (portable HEPA or PAPR)

5.Maintain your immune system with vitamins C,D, zinc, adequate sleep etc.
