@Tengrain Ignoring for the moment the culpability of Hegseth for a potentially issuing an illegal order, if the Admiral did issue the order for a second strike on the boat, he is potentially guilty of a war crime, as would be anyone else down the line who carried out that order. Every member of the military is REQUIRED to disobey an illegal order. That was the whole point of the recent senatorial video that caused such a ruckus. The Admiral may be able to implicate higher-ups, but that does not absolve him of his moral and legal responsibilities.
