This story about my representative @RepDonBeyer, slowly earning a masters degree in AI while representing me and 700,000 of my closest neighbors, is endearing.
We need more members of congress and more staff who are technology-literate. It also would be helpful if more of them turned their focus to improving Congress’s technology, which would be a game changer.

I cannot keep this to myself. There is a website (radio.garden) where you can listen to radio stations all over the world for free. No log in. No email address. Nothing.
When the site loads, you are looking at the globe. Slide the little white circle over the green dots (each green dot is a radio station) until you find one you like.
I have been listening to this station in the Netherlands and it absolutely slaps. I have no idea what they're saying but the music is fantastic.

I've been doing (great!) mentoring sessions all day, and I think today is the first day I outright suggested to somebody they should see a therapist, not just me.
The need to see a mental health professional is not tied to having experienced trauma or having clear "trouble at home" - sometimes it's just the solution because you are having consistent difficulty figuring out your overall life direction and find yourself changing direction aimlessly or procrastinating or feeling unfulfilled no matter what you do. That's not something a mentor like me can necessarily fix. There complicated underlying causes of stress and anxiety I might not be able to ferret out.
Normalize seeking mental health care.
