Not only was I able to get my friend hired with me ... But I get to help train him too. I never have been able to see those situations where someone says "hey I can help hook you up with a job" and it actually work. Now, I'm one of those people AND made it work. Such a great feeling getting someone so well deserving of a far better job, into this situation.
