I’ve been rocked by this article penned by Dawkins.

Not because of its colonial superiority overtones, but the overt racism.

If your ‘rational objectivity’ can’t explain your stance without racially offending the country your are a guest in, your argument fails.

@taramcallister4 when I worked at UCL there was a general rule no meetings before 10am or after 4pm so to accommodate parents/carers/commuters. Add in a lunch hour (or two for the late eating Europeans) and this meant meetings 10-12 and 2-4, much better for getting actual work done.

Cape Reinga is a special place where spirits soar over the intersection of the Pacific Ocean and Tasman Sea. Moving to experience it on a perfect day.

It's beautiful and peaceful. But still kicking myself for overlooking the no wifi notice for current AIRBNB.

After being blocked within the powerless and internetless Napier for several days, I am deeply grateful to have just arrived in Hamilton where I will join the last day of the @eresearchnz conference in person.

I want to express my gratitude to @now_nz for their efforts to provide internet access in Napier to those who gathered outside the NOW building over the past few days. It allowed important contact to family and friends for so many. THANKS!
