We should just tax the shit out of all non-homesteaded and biz/trust-owned properties and tax almost nothing on human-owned homesteaded properties.

The taxes on non-homesteaded properties should be so high as to be prohibitively expensive to rent out for a profit. Any business that wanted to do so would need to either work economies of scale or find profit in offering additional services, making the business more competitive (and killing Air B&Bs).

And buying first houses would be easier.
