A reminder for people talking about rates of things in general:

"down" is not the same thing as "low"

For example, my coffee consumption is down year-over-year, but is still enough to kill small animals at thirty paces.

"Han Solo" would be an excellent name for a Chinese ethnic nationalist group.

@JenMsft ...but how will they tell if _lack_ of coffee is impacting his blood pressure? It certainly does mine!
