if not, please back it up.
when I was a teenager, long before cloud backups existed (we're talking the IDE HDD era here), I had a drive failure. I lost 5 years of programming projects. I don't know that anything in there would be useful today, but it was a record of my entry into the subject and two decades later I'm still sad about it.

As per edits to the previous post, it seems that for annoying reasons the new ActivityPub feature for Ghost I was planning to use can't publish posts to Mastodon in a convenient manner that doesn't involve dumping entire full-length posts where they shouldn't be.
So for now, I'll be back posting writing links on @cerebrate@qoto.org until such time as I can make @index@eldraeverse.com work right.
