@cjd Octane has a higher molar density of hydrogen than liquid H2. Diesel is a little safer (doesn't explode so readily), but doesn't burn as cleanly. Carbon makes a great carrier for hydrogen powered stuff because it recycles itself as CO2 to feed plant life.

The job of the prosecutor is to charge the suspect, and if convicted, enforce restitution for economic crimes or remove them society via execution or prison in the case of murder (including murder of babies).
