A colleague of Katalin Kariko - who made mRNA vaccines viable - flew to Berkeley roughly 15 years ago to meet with Robert Malone, who takes credit for making the vaccines possible. The colleague wanted to ask Malone what he learned about mRNA in his research. After three days, the colleague realized he was wasting his time. Malone really knew very little. My husband took this a couple of hours ago. The moon as it rose beside the #SpinnakerTower in Portsmouth.

It was pretty cold down on Fishbourne Beach on the #IsleofWight where we were standing with the camera and #telephotolens ready.

The moon is only in the right position to photograph this a couple of times a year and it needs to be a virtually cloud free sky, so we had to brave the freezing temperatures! #photography

I'm old enough to remember that respecting and defending the Constitution was the most basic expectation of every citizen, let alone someone running for president. Even after everything we've been through, the idea that Republicans will stick with a man who flagrantly demands the Constitution be discarded to install him into office: Infuriating.

As I attempt to go back off grid for the first time in decades, this time with a family in tow, I'm struck by just how much the solar, and by extension renewable energy, industry has changed.

What once was geared towards people living an alternative lifestyle is now centered around making yuppies in the suburbs believe that they're saving the world if they grid-tie some solar panels on their roof and charge their Tesla at home. It's populated by "business managers" who are only interested is seeing how many shoddily done jobs they can slap up in a short amount of time who mask that fact by pretending to care about the environment to their customers.

I have yet to have a positive interaction with anyone in the industry about actual self-sustainability. They just don't care. It's all so....corporate and phony now.

This is a real disappointment in my current life. Can't even drop out of society effectively anymore.
