Hey @econtwitter mastodon! Not quite sure how this works but wanted to go ahead and re-introduce myself on here, since I know we’re all trying to move over here now. I’m an aspiring #economist interested in #econometrics and #education #policy here in the US and abroad! I wrote my MSc dissertation on the varying impacts of state-level merit based aid, and currently work as an RA at Brown’s Annenberg Institute for School Reform. Pol∩Phil∩Econ = Public Policy 

I'm turning the slides for my PPE course into a book of lecture notes, including some background text. I'm claiming (as in the headline) that public policy is at the intersection of the PPE disciplines. Implicitly this suggests that sociology, anthropology, psychology etc aren't in that intersection. Is this claim defensible? @kjhealy @jacobtlevy
