The best parts of Twitter recognised that the some of the people who were most critical to scientific ‘success’ (administrative staff, #technicians, #teachers, comms teams) were often the most undervalued. That bias within #academia manifested in award programmes, peer-review, citation metrics, funding calls and recruitment/promotion practises. And that we had the power to change that! 🥳 #Inclusivity
