Sen. Rubio of FL introduced, & in a bit of a sneak attack, got approved via Senate unanimous consent, a bill that would make Daylight Saving Time - the thing we just fell back from - permanent year round for all states. However! The House has not passed it & almost certainly will not do so before this Congress ends on 1/2/2023. Which means FL’s law will remain inoperative unless Rubio wins, re-introduces it in the next Congress and can get past the commercial interests that like the status quo.+
