Активные следственные действия делу кибервойск РФ, так называемой группы Строганова (aka Flint24), были закончены в феврале 2021 года и только по прошествии еще 3-х лет, в феврале 2024 года, 2-й Западный окружной военный суд своим постановлением уже во второй раз передает это уголовное дело на рассмотрение в 235 гарнизонный военный суд. Предварительные слушания по которому начнутся с 19 марта 2024 года. Примечательно, что именно в этот день, ровно 4 года назад и были задержаны все обвиняемые. Ровно 4 года, исключительно из-за вменённой следствием ст.210 УК РФ, 26 человек находятся под арестом, а 15 из них содержатся под стражей в различных СИЗО города Москвы.

С того момента как дело "Флинта" было впервые передано в 235 гарнизонный военный суд, оно принимается к производству уже 3-м по счету судьей этого суда, но при этом ими по делу не было проведено ни одного заседания по существу вопроса, что прямо указывает на высокую "токсичность" уголовного дела, к которому судьи не хотят притрагиваться, находя для этого формальные причины.

Группировку Флинта курировал сотрудник ДВКР ФСБ Игорь Ворошилов, который тоже находится под стражей. Но весь срок следствия СД МВД РФ утверждал, что у него нет данных, будто Ворошилов действующий сотрудник ФСБ, поэтому никаких оснований передавать дело в ГВСУ СКР нет. Однако, в окончательной редакции обвинения Следственный департамент МВД РФ указал Игоря Ворошилова… как сотрудника ФСБ РФ. Но с массой оговорок. Мол, Ворошилов совершал преступление не по месту несения службы и не при исполнении своих обязанностей.

Также среди обвиняемых есть гражданин Литвы, он на стадии следствия требовал переводчика, которого ему не предоставляли, копия обвинительного заключения в конце следствия ему была вручена только на русском.

В итоге судья 235-го суда вернул дело прокурору, но вышестоящая инстанция отменила это решение.
В обвинительном заключение «кибервойска», как группировка, которая контролировала большую часть теневого рынка средств платежей. Несмотря на такую громкую фразу, в обвинении говорится про оборот банковских карт только на 700 долларов США. Заявили, что группировка действовала с 2014 года, но указывают только проведенные оперативниками закупки в конце 2019 года.

Группа Флинта одно время выполняла функции кибервойск РФ, Лидер группировки Строганов (Флинт) в ходе своей деятельности был награжден грамотой от директора ФСБ РФ за обеспечение кибербезопасности РФ и благодарностью от Владимира Путина за за обеспечение кибербезопасности при проведении Чемпионата мира по футболу в РФ в 2018 году.
