Our latest work on computer simulation of #chromatin appeared in its final form today. Fully extruded loops mediated by #cohesin and #CTCF have increased contact probabilities within loops. Microloops manifest without additional factors. Effects depend on nucleosome positions. It is freely available online until end of the year with authors.elsevier.com/a/1g4Hg1S
