It was time to make a decision to either keep a #Thinkpad with #Windows or give it away and continue using #dellprecision with #ubuntu2004. After I used the Dell for a couple of weeks and found a solution for temporary accessing some Windows based applications over #citrix, I decided to give he Thinkpad away. I love the hardware of the Thinkpad, but ... having #Debian based machine at home and at work is such a nice feeling

Of all my 1980s computers, the one that honestly feels most like a "real computer" is my Osborne One, and it's the oldest of the bunch, and yet has the most powerful specs at the same time. Granted, as a gaming machine, it's not great, but it does do text based games (ie, Zork, etc) inarguably better.
