The dollar is tanking. Prices are up. Stocks are down. Is America great yet? I’m not seeing it. Gas price went up 12 cents a gallon from yesterday here in the Midwest. Eggs are still high.

Last night, the Russian army continued using attack drones against #Ukraine. 74 drones were launched, including 54 Shaheds. Kharkiv was deliberately targeted – 14 drones. Unfortunately, there are wounded including three children.

Also strikes on the Odesa & Sumy. Another round of deliberate strikes & damage to energy facilities –an FPV drone hit a substation in the Sumy & Nikopol, Dnipro, a power line was damaged by artillery fire & 4,000 consumers in two regions are without electricity due to these strikes.

Just in the Sumy region, to this morning, the Russians used 50 guided aerial bombs.

This systematic & constant nature of Russian strikes clearly indicates that Moscow despises the diplomatic efforts of partners. Putin does not even want to ensure a partial ceasefire. What’s needed is new & tangible pressure on Russia to put this war on a path toward ending.

It will be a month since Russia said “no” to the #American proposal for a ceasefire. Action must be taken as soon as possible against Putin.

Just watched #TheContractor and like many #American thrillers, it presents the disturbing premise that the hero is infallible regardless of the atrocious acts he carries out. The main character played by #ChrisPine is a soldier who is kicked out of the army for taking illegal drugs and becomes a contractor because he was unable to provide for his wife and child. He proceeds to murder countless innocent people and despise his reprehensible actions, we are expected to root for him. Deplorable.
