Did you know that most men with #infertility don't receive a causal diagnosis? This is caused by a lack of knowledge around the factors responsible for male infertility. What is more, treatment options are limited and not individualised. Often, the burden of male infertility is simply transferred to the female partner during medically assisted reproduction. On the other hand, lack of rigorous research into male fertility also results in a relative lack of male contraceptives. In this article the authors identify the most pressing questions currently facing #andrology and make specific recommendations for action. Congratulations to the authors on this important piece of work
