Not sure what it means, but when I worked in a corporation there were lots and lots of people in all levels of management, mostly men, who did a lot of nothing or worse than nothing. I see the same thing as a consultant.

I would say two of the biggest factors are 1) corporate culture has little accountability and 2) people don't know what the hell to do and would never admit it.

We need reforms in how #corporations run.

#SelfEmployment (another 22 yr. consulting in the human / business side of #IT; Including the #ITILFramework; and the development of teamwork for results through #McCarthyTechnologies #CoreProtocols; coaching other business people)
Now #Retired
#Piping (starting as a teenager in a #PipeBand a long time ago)
#Sailing (crew and owner of several small boats, and #SailBoards; born on #IsleOfWight, so no surprise)
#Flying (#Sailplanes, #HangGliders, #Ultralights, and now considering electric #ParaGliders)
#Motorcycles (over the years owned a Honda 350, Honda Shadow 750, and now a Honda CBF1000A)
#EV (Electric Vehicles) (owner of a 2018 Tesla Model 3)
#Greyhounds (have adopted 5 over the years)
#ProblemSolving (playing MacGyver for the above list; also since we live in a 170 yr. old house on a #PetticoatFarm)

Will answer any questions with Don’t Know if I really don’t (i.e. not afraid to be clear about my ignorance)
