Another couple of aspects of the #DebtLimitDeal which are big Wins for Biden:

* There is no #DebtLimit (for the meanwhile). There is no number that will trigger a crisis.

* This bill will stay in place until after the 2024 elections, so the GOP will not be able to make it a point of the #2024Elections.
