@rootcz to tu (zatím) nesdílí, tak to nasdílím já. Kdo ještě neodešel od #Windows, tak tohle je dost zásadní důvod, proč to udělat. Abyste se dostali do vlastního počítače, musíte se ověřovat někde v tramtárii. A když si #Microsoft usmyslí, tak vám ten účet zablokuje.

Jo, i dřív byl tlak na to, aby se místo lokálního účtu použil ten microsoftí. Ale postupně ubývají možnosti, jak zůstat u lokálního účtu. Mimochodem, i s lokálním účtem a s vypnutím všech volitelných šmírovátek se do Redmondu pořád odesílá docela dost informací.

#Facebook #opsec #fail - rave "banter" group puts up video of a good looking young lass in England at a petrol station who ended up with empty baggie that held her #partydrugs stuck to her back as she fills up the car. Registration mark of car in full view.

To be fair some lads *did* point out sharing the video could be problematic, but *no-one* picked up on the fact they've essentially grassed her up for potential #DUI (any cop or bootlicker now has her vehicle number plate)

So I thought I should try some #AI services, because AI will not go away and it might be a good idea to at least have a low level of experience. And every service has something like "the AI gathers the information in the web" "AI research Assistant" and what not.
And I have to say, that if this is the product that is offered and if I get in every second request the answer that realtime information/web search is not used/not available than the product is a #fail.

My favorite laundromat just got drastically demoted. DexterPay no longer works on their machines. The biggest ones will take a credit card at a steep surcharge, but it's buggy as hell and doesn't work properly on the dryers. #enshittification #fail

Прикол: после просыпания из гибернации картинка превратилась в мыло. Полез тыкаться в настройки — а там показывает входной сигнал DVI-D 1919 x1080 60Hz

Смена разрешения на другое и обратно не помогла. Выключение / включение монитора помогло.
