Behavior change is much more about strategy than self-dicipline. You need to make the desired behavior as easy as possible by removing friction. For example I always have a dumbell and drawing equipment laying around near me so I will do small spontaneous bursts of muscle workout throughout the day and use small moments of idleness to draw.

The opposite works as well. For example you will likely reduce your social media usage dramatically just by logging out after each session. This will also make the automatic behavior of opening addictive apps 100 times a day out of habit visible.

But it will have the glamour to make you believe the lies it tells and it hasn’t the humanity to understand the consequences of it’s actions/ doesn’t care about harm.

I've been re-reading #FateRPG Accelerated (and Condensed and bits of Core but mostly #FAE) and I can see why

(a) some people say "this is truer to the core concept of Fate", it makes Aspects primary tools of defining character details. Approaches are more in what contexts you apply those.

(b) it's considered a good system for supers games and others where abilities can differ radically in a party; Approaches are relevant regardless of what precisely you do, they are about how you do it.
