Out today in Nature Methods: our manuscript outlining improvements we've made to Genome Architecture Mapping (GAM) and comparisons between GAM and Hi-C.TLDR: We made GAM much cheaper, show that it performs better than Hi-C at detecting complex interactions and identify a class of CTCF-enhancer interactions that are poorly detected by Hi-C.
