Juist door mijn #militaire #dienst werd ik een #wapenpacifist. Ik werd opgeleidt als #infanterist met #vaardigheden op 10 #wapens. Leuk, schieten leren met al die wapens en soms een #raketwerper op een #tank mogen schieten.
Op een #avond waren wij op #oefening op de #hei op de #veluwe. 'Vrolijk' schoten wij met 'losse flodders' op een man die zijn hond uitliet, die enorm in paniek raakte. Op die dag veranderde ik van gedachte.
Ik moest ook leren wachtlopen als #commandant. (2)

But some of the questions should be asked in any #HEI setting using assessments, e.g.,
"Why is this test needed?" 😉

Question about external UK academic contracts

How do your universities contract external consultants?

In the #UK, I have come across 2 ways: 1. a range of external consultancy contracts between the #HEI (Higher Education Institute) and the consultant; 2. an intermediary agency that liaises between the HEI and the consultant, whereby the agency presumably receives a fee for handling the the contractual arrangements.
