Carbon Brief#Homeowners in old poorly #insulated #houses may be #eligible for a #grant or #freeinsulation to improve a #freezing #home. There appears to be a #povertytrap. It seems you may have to have an #Energyperformancecertificate to #access all sorts of help. An #EPC is only valid for 10 yrs & may cost up to £120. That's #money many won't have. Looks like no-money-no-help!
