New belt, aligned head, and ready to record again for vintage car owners with an 8 track on their dash.

BTW: The Mountz 4 track stereopaks survived until the 2000ies as broadcast carts for jingles and commercials - but with 7.5 ips/19 cm/s.

Loved this picture on the front of #Chertsey Museum's Annual report. It was drawn by James Parsons for a "#Literary Links" exhibition held there recently. The rhyme was written by Edward #Lear. I never knew there was so much fascinating #archaeology in the subsoil
