Every now and again some stupid "scientific" #study comes up where some of group #MBA on crack cook up a pretty storry on how "#officeworker only perform 2 hours of productive work per day" or "10% of #softwaredeveloper are doing no usful work". I just wondered why there are no such well known studies about MBAs? Really odd.

@stroughtonsmith even with routinely having <20gb SSD on my M1 MBA I’ve never felt like I need to free up space to have VSCode, Arc, Min, Obsidian and a few other “heavy” applications open at the same time (although I do dislike when swap hits 6-8GB) … sure would love an #M4 device & more actual RAM but my 16GB #M1 #MBA hasn’t ever really left me wanting … beside more storage space :)

Applications to #MBA programs jumped 12% in #2024, with full-time programs surging 32% to decade-high levels. Top #US schools reported significant gains, with Columbia Business School seeing a 27% rise and Harvard Business School applications climbing 21%. Why?
