之前抱怨過 X/Twitter 的「最愛」功能會洩漏性癖隱私，結果要等到馬斯克的性癖洩漏才改。

#Mastodon 完全沒有這個問題， 因為對哪些貼文按了最愛只有自己能看到。

至於 #Misskey 則是有點危險，預設是反應的紀錄是完全公開的，需要自行調整隱私設置。

在 #Mastodon 有兩個文章的收藏功能，分別是「最愛」與「書籤」，兩個功能的最大差異是「最愛」會發送通知給作者而「書籤」不會。然後不管那一個功能都無法做細部分類，也只有自己才能看到。

而 #Misskey 有三個，分別是「最愛」、「反應」與「摘錄」。

最愛：基本上就是 Mastodon 的書籤功能，同樣無法分類管理，在有了「摘錄」之後，就變成不重要的功能，這點可以從缺少直接的使用按鈕可以看出。

反應：嚴格來說不是收藏功能，比較接近Twitter的最愛，會發送通知給對方。可以透過個人檔案頁面的分頁標籤查看發送反應的列表。而且不像Twitter，可以獨立設置要不要把反應列表設為公開（Twitter只能把帳號設定鎖定，但是已關注的人還是看得到）。

摘錄：之前有提到過，功能強大的收藏功能，可以設定分類，也可以設定顯示快捷按鈕在貼文上頭。使用者可自行決定要不要公開。

次のモロヘイヤで、「削除してタグづけ」をMastodonの側にも実装したい。

現行の「タグづけ」は丼の中でしか反映しないから、Misskeyの鯖缶をする様になってから利用価値がなくなっていた。
「タグづけ」のほうをなくしてもいいぐらい。

Since you don't even know what #Sharkey is, it is a soft fork of #Misskey that is partially compatible with Mastodon API.

Both Mastodon and Sharkey are different. The UI of Sharkey is complex while Mastodon is simple.

The main difference between them is the emoji reactions, instead of just favorite, there are a lot of reactions.

My goal is to encourage everyone to learn the basics of posting on decentralized social media.

Unlike popular social media sites, it is recommended to tag sensitive topics as "Content Warning".

Also please remember to tag sensitive media as possible.

And lastly remember to add alt text to media because there are a lot of people with visual impairment.

When you find yourself signing up for more and more federated and ActivityPub services online, that’s when you know you’re on the right side of the internet. The best side.

I'm curious, is the recent decline in Fediverse users and activity due to people moving to BlueSky? What other factors might there be?

I'm sure there are ebbs and flows over time. But I do hope the overall trend continues to be upward.
