@cappy Yeh, but the "tasty salt" is #MSG, not #NaCl...

But maybe that's just me ignoring that most japanese foods are quite #salt-heavy and high sodium intake being a major downside.

Still, boiling noodles in soy sauce is something worth trying if it's i.e. used for cold soba with some pickles...

In the USA NaCl is called Sodium Chloride. I always wondered why.

I suspect that Lot's wife is to blame for this. She looked behind her at Sodom and was turned into a pillar of salt, hence Sodium Chloride.

Streaming is certainly NOT a good solution.
