Демонизация Даркнета приводит к усилению слежки за интернетом. Запреты не устраняют преступность, она адаптируется. Объективный подход позволяет развивать кибербезопасность и защищать цифровые права, признавая, что сама технология может быть использована как для защиты, так и для нападения.
