So after 10 sessions of physical therapy. I can conclude it definitely helps. My hip no longer clunks and it takes a lot more stairs before my knee bothers me. Drink less alcohol

I have to do it or I won't be able to function in a few years so I should be looking pretty in shape by the end of Sumner.

Dancing and crochet are also not contraindicated, so that's good.

And although painful, it's just wear and tear and not something scary underlying thing.

On the chronic pain front, things are exciting. I'm getting my first ever epidural cervical steroid shot today.

Last stop before just continuing to live with the pain until it worsens enough (stenosis) for surgery.

Fingers crossed - pain's been bad enough to make me vaguely nauseous this week. No fun.

And it would be lovely to turn my head again!
