Who has the leadership role is often due to their personality, dominance for example, NOT specifically their level of intelligence. However, these more dominant types, believe it's because of their higher levels of intelligence (even when evidence suggests otherwise. AKA #narcissism)

Someone that is *aware* that they have a narcissistic personality disorder, isn't the norm

My experience is that, for example, local coal \ wood burners can't handle any criticism. That, not understanding the harm of #AirPollution, is a sign of ignorance. Ignorance often manifests as defensive forms of arrogance

True beauty

A beautiful personality has nothing to do with a persons physical appearance (how they look), & everything to do with a persons character (personality traits)

Whilst a beautiful personality is naturally caring, therefore is inclined to be considerate of other people (conscientiousness), many people with a beautiful personality soon learn to be tough when exposed, not be choice, to the ugly personality traits of others.

Adults often don't speak their truth (what they really think, feel, believe, or their intentions). Truth withholding is caused by multitudes of social contexts & human #PersonalityDifferences. E.g., someone may feel awkward about speaking their truth. Another person could intentionally try to manipulate others using lies. E.g., #greenwash

Truth & trust are correlated. Trust can be earned or broken.

Trust & evidence based analysis are not the same.
