Had hot chocolate, because we had a jar of Kablon Farms easy-melt 100% cacao tablea chocolate that someone gave us. I dissolved about four of these unsweetened, peso-sized chocolate coins in hot water in a 250ml mug, and added some milk and sugar. Kablon Farms is a food company based in Tupi, South Cotabato. While some of their tablea chocolate and other food products are available in supermarkets, the easy melt chocolate is not yet available in Metro Manila.

However, we also understand that upo means to sit and that the suffix -an is meant to denote that the word it is attached to changes its meaning into that of a location, place or space where [insert root word definition here]. So upuan is a place where one can sit. It makes perfect sense.
Bagong Pamantayang Tagalog: Of course it makes perfect sense. Why? Because upuan is the actual Tagalog word.
