tl;dr it was in use from 1928 to the 1980s, and in an absolutely massive self-own, was shuttered on account of being too successful: they ended up with fantastic poles and no longer need to do any more testing!

Such statements not only show the level of ridiculousness of Polish politicians like #Sikorski, but also the level of stupidity of the Polish citizens who voted for them.
Don't forget that its the #Poles "Russophobia" that prevented the Soviets from crushing #Nazis before they built up militarily, as the #USSR demanded from #UK and #France, but the Poles refused passage
