Today I went for a run for the first time since my achilles injury at the beginning of December.
I brought Lili with me, as I knew that I wouldn't be running fast and far anyways.
She managed to mostly keep up with me at a slow pace of about 6 min/km.
We only did 3 km, which felt like too little for me, but I guess currently I shouldn't push it.
So thanks to my doggo for keeping me in check
All in all a decent warmup run on the first proper spring day 🪻

And in today's good news department, the dog RUNS. Dude climbed 1400 feet with me this morning, absolutely crushed the trail.
